Cyana Alvarez was born and raised in Cuba, where she began her higher education studies at the University of Havana. She later moved to Spain, where she lived for three years before settling in the United States. In 2021, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University, and in 2024, earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.

She was admitted to The Florida Bar in April 2025 and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar (RPPTL) and the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association.

After completing her first year of law school, she began gaining practical legal experience in estate planning, real estate, and corporate transactions. Her experience in these areas has provided her with an understanding of the intersection between estate planning, property ownership, and business structures.

Her practice focuses on Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning, assisting individuals, families, and business owners in developing comprehensive estate plans designed to protect their assets, provide for their loved ones, and carry out their wishes. She is committed to providing personalized legal services tailored to each client’s individual circumstances and long-term objectives.
